Do not overeat
After fasting , you will have high hunger for food. So you may end up over-eating . This will reduce the benefits that you can obtain from the fasting .
In order to avoid over eating, you should end your fasting state with a small but nutritious food like apple . Don’t go for heavy meal right after your fasting.
Don’t force your body into intermittent fasting
Every body has its own unique requirements. Your body may not be able to cope up with the intermittent fasting . That’s fine. There are better healthier eating plan to follow.
You should never force your body into intermittent fasting . If you are feeling lazy ,weakness , headache ,dizziness even after weeks of starting intermittent fasting then you should choose another eating plan.
